Falls Toolkit for Physicians. Practicing Physician Education in Geriatrics (PPE). The Falls Tool Kit is used for the initial evaluation and management of a patient who experiences falls, and provides educational materials to teach patients how to reduce their risk of falling.

National Center for Patient Safety Falls Toolkit (2004). The Falls Toolkit provides information on designing a falls prevention and management program, effective interventions for high-risk fall patients, implementing hip protectors for high-risk fall patients, and educating patients, families and staff on falls and fall-injury prevention
